Today, it was the presentation of Class I-B Presentation is made for the enhancement of the different personality traits of the children. It carried the theme of the current month i.e. calendar pages. Parents were welcomed by Ms Sheetal, the class teacher of I-C To begin with, the Principal addressed the presentation and then it started with the prayer song ‘Itni shakti hamein dena data’ and continued with the month song, ‘January brings the snow ‘and Hindi poem ‘Calendar pages.’

After that, as the children were introduced with the concept of subtraction, they presented a Hindi poem ‘Paanch choti chidiya’. Then some children explained the concept of nouns and vowels, and put them in the form of poems. Afterwards children presented a small enactment based on the shopping area of our activity room with the help of props and currency notes.

They depicted how we should deal with the shopkeepers when we go out for shopping. In the concluding part of the presentation, they remembered the great freedom fighters of our country and through a wonderful patriotic song ‘De di hamein azaadi’ children paid a special homage to the father of our Nation Mahatma Gandhi. Presentation was over with a harmonious song. Parents applauded with the extreme excitement for the whole presentation. In the end, acknowledgement was extended by the class teacher.

“SAFETY AND COMMUNITY HELPERS”

The presentation of class Prep D started by the address of the Principal, she acquainted the parents with the activities of the school and the importance of the activities in learning. The parents were punctual enough so almost all were present well in time. The Venue was “ACTIVITY ROOM” which was beautifully decorated as per the monthly theme “SAFETY AND COMMUNITY HELPERS”. Children of class Prep-D started the presentation with “shloka” Two children gave the ‘WELCOME SPEECH’ followed by the beautiful English poem “MR PETER HAD A TOWN” on COMMUNITY HELPERS, followed by the wonderful puppet show “chidiya chidiya udti jaye”.

Then the children performed beautifully on the patriotic song “MERA RANG DE BASANTI CHOLA”. They were very happy and full of enthusiasm while telling about the “3 letter words in Hindi. The presentation concluded with a lively and peppy song “I LOVE THE PIT PIT PATTER OF THE RAIN DROPS” and parents were invited for the refreshments and all the parents spent time interacting with the respective class teacher.
